How does the process work when ordering a product?

- Buyer places an order and pays using credit/debit card, EFT or ewallet. - HPSA contacts seller that there's an order. - Seller fulfils the order and provides HPSA with Tracker number. - HPSA releases the payment to seller. - Buyer receives their order.

How will I know how far is my order?

HPSA will provide you with the tracker number for the order, so that you are always aware how far your order is. We need to 4 days to process mask orders.

What is I have a problem with the order.

Log a request to for the issue to be resolved. Go through our Store policies and each sellers store policies.
